***INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, CUSTOMS AND DUTIES***
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE TRACKING - Your item will be shipped with USPS 1st Class International service. We use this method to keep the shipping cost down for our customers. Unfortunately, package tracking is not available with this service.
Shipping internationally with tracking is more costly and not usually a good option for most customers. If you wish to have package tracking, the item MUST be shipped with USPS Priority Express Mail International service. Please contact us if you have any questions about package tracking.

PAYMENTS
Credit cards, PayPal or USPS money orders accepted! We can send you a direct PayPal invoice if that will make life easier for you. Please email us for payment instructions if needed at baproducts@comcast.net
Michigan residents ONLY are required to pay 6% sales tax.

WARRANTY
Manufacturer's warranty applies if applicable to the purchased item. No other warranty applies unless specifically stated.  

DEFECTIVE RETURNS
If you receive a defective item, it MUST be returned BEFORE a replacement is shipped out. Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged item at baproducts@comcast.net
If a replacement is not available, you will receive a FULL REFUND.

RETURNS - Changed your mind??
Don't like it? No problem! Your item can be returned for exchange or money back. If you are not satisfied, please email us at (baproducts@comcast.net) immediately to get an RMA number! Item MUST be returned within 14 days of delivery date. Purchase price ONLY will be refunded. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Item MUST be in it's original state and packaging (in original package). Ship back your item only after your receive an RMA number from us. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. No restocking fees! Refund will be given only after item is received back in new, UNUSED condition.
